Chia pudding with colourful orange and grapefruit ragout

Ingredients: (2 portions):

1 orange
1/2 grapefruit
1 tsp. gelatine powder
5 tsp. HUXOL Original Sucralose Sweetener Powder
2 tbs. pistachio kernels
200 ml semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat)
30 g chia seeds
a pinch of cinnamon


  1. Squeeze the juice from half the orange, then fillet the remaining orange half and the grapefruit. Mix the juice with 1 tsp. HUXOL Original and stir in the orange and grapefruit fillets with the chopped pistachios.
  2. Heat the milk, stir in the remaining HUXOL Original and leave to cool a little, add the chia seeds and cinnamon and stir them in. Leave the chia pudding to swell in a cold place for at least 2 hours. Serve with the orange ragout and the chopped pistachios.

Ready in around 2 hours 20 minutes
Of which 20 minutes preparation time.
